Register Your Ride (2026-2027) Step by Step Instructions

Updated August 3, 2026 @ 4:00 PM

Step 1: Log In
Access the Register Your Ride portal at:
https://transintranet.palmbeachschools.org/RegisterYourRide.aspx

Use the same username and password you use to access the Student Portal.

Troubleshooting Tip: Don't forget to include the S in front of the student ID, or completely reset the password and try again. If you entered your correct student portal username and password and received an error message, please follow the instructions below to reset your password and then come back to register your ride.

Click HERE for password reset instructions.

If you continue experiencing any issues logging in:

  • Email AskTransportation@palmbeachschools.org. Please include the student's name, student ID number, and a description of the issue.
  • Or contact the Transportation Call Center at 561-357-1110. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM and from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Weekends.

Step 2: Verify Your Information
Review your student's address and assigned school.

  • If the address is incorrect, contact your child's school to have it updated.
  • If both the address and school information are correct, click Correct to continue.

Step 3: Select Transportation Preferences
Indicate whether your student will ride the school bus to and/or from school by selecting the appropriate Yes or No option.

If you select No, you will be prompted to indicate your student's alternate method of transportation.

Step 4: Save Your Selections
After making your transportation selections, click Save to submit your preferences.

Step 5: Review Your Confirmation
After clicking Save, a summary of your selections will be displayed for your review.

Please note that the Transportation Department continues to adjust bus routes based on student registration. We recommend logging back into the Register Your Ride portal a few days before August 10, 2026, to verify that your bus stop and route information have not changed.

You may update your transportation selection (school bus, car, walking, etc.) at any time. Keeping your transportation preference current helps the Transportation Department accurately plan bus routes and ensure efficient service for all students.
